Carolyn Kiely is the co-owner, President and Executive Director of Traffic Plan.

With decades of experience in owning and operating business-to-business companies, Carolyn has helped lead Traffic Plan to where it is today. She looks forward to the continued growth of the company by providing industry-leading traffic control services and equipment sales and rentals.

Carolyn draws on her extensive knowledge of project and construction management to work with Traffic Plan customers and enjoys giving presentations within the industry. She is proud of the company’s status as a Women’s Business Enterprise and works to support other women-owned businesses.

Carolyn credits Traffic Plan’s management, supervisors, and employees with the company’s success and lives by words of wisdom she received from her father: “Knowledge is power, but to think you know it all leads to disaster.”
